beautiful morning was noticed as i jumped in to the car to leave for class.  and then it happened.  pulling away from the curb i began to hear, thump...thump...thump.....................ugggggggggghhhhhhh flat tire!

had the chance to take a trip to pittsburgh at the end of last week.  the youngest had been attending a dance program at the university he'll be attending up there in the fall, so my daughter and i went to see him perform, visit the city a little, and generally just have fun, which we did!

i use music during class, the typical mind/body stuff.  you know, quiet, zen, meditative at times.

 after all that swimming it was time for a snack.we shared a slice of pumpkin loaf, chocolate milk for he andskinny vanilla soy latte for me....

it's been a couple of weeks since graduation and i haven't had to get before 7 am - it's been very nice.  i like it, alot.

the week before we had spring break and it was oh so nice, quiet and calm.  no driving to and from school and rehearsals.  a glimpse of things to come.

Just returned home from teaching yoga at one of our local resorts this morning.  It was very nice even though it was a bit early, at least for me anyway! 

We set up our mats on a patch of soft grass under shady oak trees overlooking a beautiful golf course and the surrounding rolling landscape. Two lovely ladies joined me in a restorative flow practice.
